CHOCOLATE RUM TRUFFLES
A specialty created by the Sundial's chef
Only the finest ingredients are used when our pastry chef creates these
exquisite treats:
Callebaut Belgian bittersweet and semi-sweet chocolate, fresh cream, unsalted butter,
and just enough dark Jamaican rum to complement the chocolate.
The interior of each truffle is filled with a smooth chocolate-rum ganache,
then dipped in rich bittersweet chocolate and finally dusted generously in
pure unsweetened Dutch cocoa powder.
NOTE: For shipping, we wrap each truffle in gold foil to keep
the cocoa powder intact.
