Fine French Preserves from
Les Confituriers de Haute-Province

The flavor and quality of these preserves are attributed to selecting the best fruit in season and in the preparation — they are cooked slowly in open cauldrons which help protect the flavor and texture. In France, these preserves are sold exclusively in patisseries and specialty food shops. The first ingredient is the amount of all-natural fruit, which helps maintain the right amount of sweetness. Only sugar and fruit pectin are added.
