March 27 (Sat.) 2:00 pm. TEA TASTING PROGRAM. Program devoted entirely to fine tea, includes a talk and a tasting of selected loose teas. At each event 3 different teas will be highlighted and featured (either a white tea or a green tea, an Oolong or Pouchong tea, and a black tea) followed by a dessert created especially for the program by the Sundial's pastry chef. Registration fee: $12.00 (non refundable). Note: payment must be made at time of registration in order to confirm your reservation. Limited seating.

BAKING FOR THE HOLIDAYS

November 6, 2010 CHRISTMAS SHOP OPENS. The shop will be open the first three weekends in November from 10 to 5. The Shop will be open the Friday after Thanksgiving Day from 10-5 and also on Saturday and Sunday of the Thanksgiving weekend. Additional hours will be posted later.
Many holiday treats from Europe, including Stollen, Baumkuchen, Lebkuchen, etc from Germany; Jellies and Confitures from France; Chocolate from Belgium, Exclusive Balsamic specialties from Italy, and much more for holiday giving and celebrating! Online calendar to be posted in October 2010.

Join us for our annual tasting of traditional European holiday treats. Enjoy a cup of hot mulled cider and enter to win a shop gift certificate. This is a free event. No registration required.

A TASTE OF CHOCOLATE (Holiday version)
Learn to make rich, dark chocolate truffles, exotic chocolate tartlets, and other chocolate treats for the holidays. Recipes and tips included in this step-by step demonstration, plus you get to sample everything created in the program! The class will last about 1-1/2 hours. Reservations necessary. Fee: $38 per person (price includes a $5 coupon for purchasing chocolate, etc from the Sundial's shop). To register, click here.
